Cialis may not be suitable for you if:
You have an abnormal penis or penile birth defects
You have coronary heart disease and are above the age of 50
You have diabetes or high cholesterol
You have hypertension
You have a vision problem called crowded disc
You have angina
You have irregular heart beat
You have suffered a heart attack in the last 3 months
You have hypotension
You have recently suffered a stroke
You have blood vessel disease
You have peptic ulcers
You have liver or kidney disease
You have blood cell disorders like Multiple myeloma, Sickle-cell anemia or Leukemia.
Do not use Cialis if:
You are a woman or are below the age of 18
You are allergic to PDE5 inhibitors
You are allergic to Tadalafil,
Your cardiac health does not permit vigorous physical activity
You are using Nitrate based medications or recreational drugs
Drug Interactions
Cialis may interact with some medications. So if you are using one of these, then inform your physician in advance before you use Cialis.

Moxisylyte, Nefazodone, Phenoxybenzamine, Phentolamine, Prazosin, Ritonavir, Saquinavir, Simeprevir, Simvastatin, Tamsulosin, Telithromycin, Terazosin, Tipranavir, Trimazosin, Urapidil, Doxazosin, Rifampin and Silodosin
Cialis has been linked to the following:
Sudden Loss of Vision: Some users have experienced sudden vision loss while using PDE5 inhibitors like Cialis.
Sudden hearing loss: Some people have experienced a sudden loss of hearing accompanied by a ringing in the ears and dizziness.
Prolonged Erection: You may experience an erection that lasts for 4 hours or more.
Heart Attack: Any symptoms like nausea, dizziness, chest pain or arm pain after starting sexual activity may be the sign of a heart attack.
If you experience any of these conditions, then seek immediate medical assistance.
Side Effects
Some common side effects may occur as the body adjusts to the new drug. These side effects normally do not require medical assistance.
Acid or sour stomach
belching
heartburn
indigestion
stomach discomfort, upset, or pain
Seek medical attention only if the side effects persist and become bothersome.
Some rare but serious side effects may also occur. For example,
Bloody nose, body aches or pain, burning, crawling, itching, numbness, prickling, "pins and needles", or tingling feelings, burning, dry, or itching eyes, burning feeling in the chest or stomach, congestion, difficulty with moving, difficulty with swallowing, dry mouth, dryness or soreness of the throat, excessive eye discharge, eye pain, feeling of constant movement of self or surroundings, feeling of warmth, redness of the face, neck, arms and occasionally, upper chest, fever, hoarseness, increased erection, lack or loss of strength, loose stools, muscle aching or cramping, muscle stiffness, nasal congestion, neck pain, pain, pain in the arms or legs, pain or burning in the throat, redness, pain, swelling of the eye, eyelid, or inner lining of the eyelid, reduced sensitivity to touch, runny nose, sensation of spinning, sleepiness or unusual drowsiness, sleeplessness, spontaneous penile erection, stomach upset, swelling of the eyelids, swelling or puffiness of the eyes or face, swollen joints, tearing, tender, swollen glands in the neck, tenderness in the stomach area, trouble with sleeping, unable to sleep, upper abdominal or stomach pain, voice changes, watering of the eyes.
Seek immediate medical assistance if one of this occurs.
